Basics

As a professional, I, Angelika Kramer, work according to the philosophy and core competencies of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Association and with the basic assumptions of Transactional Analysis:

These basic assumptions are:

- People are always fine

- Everyone has the ability to think

- One decides his/her own destiny and can again

  change own decisions.

The ICF core competencies are:

- elaborate/define in full agreement with the client,
  what he wants to achieve in the coaching process

- Encourage the client to discover himself and his/her possibilities

- Accompany the client in the development of his solutions and   strategies

- Always recognize the personal responsibility of the client and 

  the  Result-Responsibility and responsibility are left with the client

  at all times
