For my clients, I am there with my years of experience as a manager / project and program manager for national and major international projects, always on an empathic way. I also combine the knowledge of the culturally conditioned way of working with my well-founded training as a Transactional Analysis Therapist / Consultant. 

Through the various management positions, in more than 25 years of professional experience, in which I supported the employees to trust their own abilities, to take responsibility and to deal with the often political issues sovereign (e.g. as a project manager) on all hierarchical levels successfully, I pass on the competent knowledge to others and support my clients in their growth.

In coaching, I use my methodical knowledge for a solution-oriented, practical approach. I have learned myself that personal development is not just about accumulating theoretical knowledge.  The same applies to the personality in certain work areas with the corresponding strands of interaction.

It is important to me, to show you your own strength and competence. To motivate you to try out new attitudes and behavioral strategies as well to find one for yourself in the long term re-orientation. Here's how you can realistically implement future solutions yourself. As part of my coaching, you will gain the necessary secureness to act very transparent in your working environment. You don't have to hide anything.

Since I wanted to support my own team members with burnout knowledge at that time, I got the certificate as a Burnout/burnout prevention consultant and can now incorporate this knowledge into my coaching. This is how I support people, who are in states of exhaustion or concerned or want to take action to prevent burnout. To do this, I enter into a sensitive and professional dialogue with my clients, identify stress factors, develop practicable and health-promoting coping strategies so that the client can get into a quickly as possible balanced lifestyle.

Again it is important to me not only to convey technical knowledge. But in addition to impart resilience strategies that can be implemented, because I know how difficult it also can be to keep the balance between professional and private life.

Privately, I can say, I am part of a patchwork family of 4, we live with our dogs in Munich.
